Services
Sea Breeze is a newly built villa located in Playa Blanca, (Lanzarote Island, Canary Islands, Spain) surrounded by volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean; waters with a beautiful contrast of colors that you will not forget.
It is located in the south of the island; modern design, with lots of light and space. It is distributed in a totally open space, integrating the different rooms: living room, kitchen, a large terrace, jacuzzi and private heated outdoor pool. It has air conditioning in all the rooms of the house, free WiFi, safe, last generation alarm and private parking.
The lounge is very spacious and has 55″ TV with the possibility of watching foreign channels, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob…). You will also find a room with a washing machine, an ironing area and a clothesline.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms en suite with a double bed (king size) and one of them with two single beds. All of them have air conditioning and flat screen TV.
Outside you will find a private heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, chillout area and a large garden with sun beds, where you can enjoy the good climate that our island offers all year round. *An external construction is being carried out in the adjacent urbanization.
Conditions
Method of payment:
– 25% at the time of booking (provided it is made more than 45 days in advance).
– 25% of the reservation 45 days before check in.
– 50% remaining 30 days before check in.
Cancellations:
– Up to 30 days before the check in 100% of the reservation will be refunded.
– If you cancel with less than 30 to 20 days, 50% of the reservation will be refunded.
– For cancellations made with less than 20 days’ notice, no refund will be made.
Early departures:
They will be invoiced to the full stay reserved.
Late check out:
We offer our clients a late check out service (maximum until 16:00), and always subject to availability. In any case, it will be possible to leave the luggage in our locker if you wish.
No show:
High and low season: penalty of 100% of the reservation.
Payment method:
-Bank transfer.
– Credit/Debit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard).
Other aspects to be highlighted
Refundable damage deposit – A damage deposit of 300EUR will be required upon arrival (cash or credit card). The deposit will be refunded on departure, provided no damage has occurred to the accommodation.
Children’s beds – Children from the age of 3 are considered adults in this accommodation.
0-2 years / A cot can be used on request. No extra charge.
Supplements are not automatically calculated into the total amount and must be paid separately on the stay
